TPM 3D Asia advanced materials printing center located in Jiangsu Province, cover the area with more than 1000 m2. The center consists of intelligent manufacturing 3D printing display platform, industrial and advanced materials intelligent printing center, medical sterile R&D experiment labs, and SLS post processing center and multimedia conference zone.
The center construction includes three phases, we can provide orthopedic insoles, orthopedic pillows, scoliosis braces, knee orthoses, application of surgical guides for head, pelvis, spine and knee joints and 3D printing of braces, as well as orthopaedic standardized implant products development.
TPM3D has successfully developed 10+ laser sintering additive manufacturing systems, and more than 10 kinds of polymer powder printing material for high-quality parts manufacturing, has more than 30 national patents as well.
TPM3D technical team has been engaged in industrial 3D printing business since 1999 and has become the industry brand with 20 years focusing on 3D printing service。
TPM3D has various customers at home and abroad from the fields of automobile, electrical appliances, electronics, medicals, cultural & creative, education, aerospace, such as Guangzhou Automobile, Dongfeng Motor, Gree Group, LG Electronics, TTI, Fohan Service Bureau, Tongji University, Southern University of Science and Technology, University of Texas at Austin, and Massey University Auckland.
Prototyping is one of the main applications of polymer 3D printer. With advances in 3D printing technology, prototyping can be produced the parts faster and make them durable and visually appealing.
Polymer 3d printer technical features
HSS is a powder-based 3D printing process similar to binder jetting that utilizes infrared reactive ink jetting to sinter powder into shape, known for its fast printing speeds and production capabilities for large parts.
MJF is very similar to HSS in many aspects. The flux is sprayed on the specific area to be printed by the powder bed, and then the area is irradiated with an infrared lamp to make the powder fuse. Unlike HSS, MJF needs to use auxiliary liquid to cool the unprinted area before irradiating the infrared lamp to avoid powder fusion in the unprinted area.
SLS is a form of laser powder bed fusion that utilizes a high-powered laser beam and scanning system to 3D print parts in a polymer powder bed.
3D printing for tools has become one of the most promising uses of the technology. From jigs and fixtures to investment casting models, polymer 3D printer opens the door to faster, cheaper and custom tools.
Polymer 3d Printer | Powder bed fusion printing systems are the most advanced systems in the 3d printing industry, which means today's industrial-grade SLS systems are compatible with many forms of polymer powders, including PA6, PA11, PA12, TPU, PP, PAEK, PEEK , and more.
In terms of the mechanical properties of the printed parts, the average strength of the test samples printed by SLS was the highest at 45.17MPa, followed by MJF (43.10MPa), and then HSS (40.60MPa). In terms of dimensional accuracy, SLS printed parts were the most accurate overall, with dimensions closest to the expected size of the STL model, with an average offset of only 0.0084mm; HSS had an average imprecision of 0.0527mm, while MJF was further behind. 0.0603 mm. The SLS process achieves the smoothest surface in terms of part surface presentation.
Overall, SLS is suitable for producing parts with higher strength, and is the only process among the three processes that can process high-performance engineering polymers (such as PEEK), which has an absolute advantage in manufacturing.
Located in the Big Data Industrial Park of Yannan High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province, the TPM 3D Asia Exhibition and Training Center and the SLS Advanced Materials Printing Center (referred to as the Center), covering an area of more than 1,000 square meters, vow to promote the research and development of TPM3D advanced materials and innovative industry applications.
