TPM3D Concludes the 3rd Chain Expo with Digital Medical and Footwear Solutions

On the afternoon of July 20, 2025, the 3rd China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo (Chain Expo), hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), drew to a successful close. This year’s event featured 1,200 exhibitors and organizations from around the globe, with total online and on‑site attendance surpassing 210,000. At the Expo’s Launch Station, 55 new initiatives were unveiled, and live‑stream viewership topped 50 million.

Over the course of five days, TPM3D—under the banner “Digital Shaping · Customizing the Future”—demonstrated the practical applications of its laser sintering additive manufacturing technology in both medical and footwear settings, delivering a truly “visible digitization” experience for every visitor.

Official Launch Station: 30 Minutes of Spotlight

On the afternoon of July 17, TPM3D took center stage at the Expo’s Launch Station with its “Laser Sintering Additive Manufacturing: Digital Medical and Footwear Solutions.” In just 30 minutes, the company brought the full “scan–design–print” workflow to life: condensing more than 20 production steps for a pair of athletic shoes into a 25‑minute process, and enabling delivery of custom scoliosis braces within 48 hours—each brace weighing half as much as traditional versions and offering superior breathability.

The “Flexible Power” in CCTV’s Spotlight

On Day 3, CCTV’s financial channel program Global Finance turned its cameras on TPM3D’s booth to highlight the clinical application of 3D‑printed braces. Viewers watched live demonstrations of the braces’ custom‑fit curvature and lightweight, breathable construction. The segment aired on July 19 on CCTV News.

Booth Experience: Turning Imagination into Reality

Throughout the Expo, TPM3D’s booth functioned as an open laboratory. Beyond industry professionals, many groups of general visitors explored and handled the technology firsthand—experiencing up close the captivating possibilities of digital customization. This spirit of curiosity became one of the Chain Expo’s most memorable takeaways.

Though the 3rd Chain Expo has concluded, TPM3D’s digital journey continues. From August 26–28, TPM3D will be exhibiting at the Shenzhen Formnext 3D Printing Exhibition (Booth C61), unveiling even more cutting‑edge applications of additive manufacturing. We look forward to seeing you in Shenzhen!
