TCT Asia 2024 will celebrate its tenth anniversary from May 7 to 9, 2024. The development of TCT Asia over the last decade has transformed it into Asia’s largest and most professional platform for exhibiting the additive manufacturing technologies of 3D printing. It is hosted in China’s National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), covering an area of about 40,000 square meters with almost four hundred participating brands and more than twenty thousand professional visitors attending.
TPM3D is a well-known brand among laser sintering additive manufacturers. Among other innovations, this year there will be a large dragon model and also a big-sized dual laser SLS printing system. We invite you to visit our stand in hall7.1 booth number:7K28 where we can unravel the mystery together.
TPM3D’S BOOTH 7K28(HALL7.1)
Large Dragon Model
Since ancient times, the Chinese have always considered dragons as sacred symbols that embody their power, wisdom, auspiciousness and prosperity. Through its coiling shape and majestic mien, it narrates fables and legends spanning thousands of years.
Large size dragon model
At TCT Asia2024 TPM3D brings a large-sized dragon model; which is fantastic new product presentation adopts the SLS laser sintering technology for print casting that is not only very oversized (reaching heights up to700mm) but also that has finite details even with every scale, claw or hair that are part intricately made up body structure of the beast perfectly visible on it surface. This blend between traditional Chinese dragon image with modern three dimensional printing art yields unprecedented optical shock.
This complex and gigantic example fully demonstrates incomparable advantages and characteristics of SLS 3D printing technology compared with traditional manufacturing techniques. In addition to printing large size models as single pieces, it can perfectly depict the intricate and complex surface texture of dragons. This indicates that in the 3D printing sphere TPM3D is a leading brand which has seamlessly merged modern technology with traditional heritage thereby presenting viewers with a double treat encompassing artistic and visual splendor.
Large size double laser printing system
TPM3D’s P550DL printer was used to print this big dragon model having a chamber size of 550x550x850mm suitable for automobile, service bureau, medical and aerospace sectors. The machine comes with two carbon dioxide lasers of 140 watt each and two high performance dynamic focusing scanning systems which scan at a speed of up to 22m/s. It also features an inbuilt nitrogen generator which saves on costs. Moreover, it is equipped with nonpatentable active cooling technology that enhances cooling performance while enabling longer powder usage thus permitting infinite reuse/recycling of used powder. Furthermore, the printer uses an intelligent touch screen interface that provides users with easy operation capabilities.
On top of all these there is Part & Powder Processing Station (PPS) that integrates six functions including:part cleaning ,powder recycling, adding, mixing, feeding, and dust collecting. Its use reduces dust overflow during powder manipulation thus maintaining cleanliness of the environment thereby helping improve processing efficiency for users while reducing labor input.
Finally, various samples from such industries as automotive, healthcare, consumer electronics as well as education together with other creative ones will be presented.
Come to see TPM3D at booth 7K28 to discuss latest trends and perspectives SLS 3D printing technology!
